Blue Skyz Mobile RV Tech and Inspections, LLC is a mobile RV service company that provides on-site maintenance, repair, and inspection services to RV owners. We come to you—whether at a campground, storage facility, or your home—so you don’t have to move your RV for service.
What areas do you service?
We primarily serve North Central Iowa, but will travel if need be. If you're unsure whether we can come to your location, please contact us to check availability.
Do you work on all types of RVs?
Yes! We service all classes of motorhomes (Class A, B, and C), travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and camper vans.
Do you offer emergency services?
At this time, we operate by appointment only. However, if you have an urgent issue, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to fit you into our schedule.

Do you provide engine or chassis repairs?
No, we focus on RV systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliances, and general maintenance. For engine or chassis repairs, we recommend contacting a mechanic or dealership specializing in drivetrain repairs.
Can you install upgrades or accessories?
Yes! We install components like Micro-Air Easy-Start systems, as well as other RV accessories. Let us know what you need, and we’ll let you know if we can help.
How often should I service my RV’s generator?
Generator manufacturers recommend servicing every 150 hours or once a year (after the first 50 hours). Routine maintenance helps prevent costly breakdowns.
RV Inspections
What types of RV inspections do you offer?
We provide pre-purchase, pre-trip, and general safety inspections. These inspections help identify potential issues before buying an RV or heading out on a long trip.
Do you provide a written report after an inspection?
Yes! After an inspection, we provide a detailed report, including photos of any issues found.

Winterization & Dewinterization
When should I winterize my RV?
It’s best to winterize your RV before temperatures drop below freezing to prevent waterline damage. If you're unsure, we recommend scheduling winterization in the fall months.
When should I dewinterize my RV?
Dewinterization should be done before the start of the camping season or when you're ready to use your RV. We offer a full-service RV Dewinterization Package that includes system checks and sanitization.
